our story

Most fitness platforms track what you do.
PACT exists because we care about why you do it and why most people stop.

For 15 years, our founder coached people from every walk of life.
Athletes. Beginners. Burnt-out professionals. People who tried, failed, and tried again.

He saw the same truth repeated:

People don’t fall off because the training is too hard.
They fall off because their effort feels invisible.

They run slower one day and think they’ve failed.
They track metrics they don’t understand.
They compare themselves to people fitter, faster or genetically gifted.
They work hard but can’t see progress in real time.

The gap between effort and feedback kills motivation.

So we built PACT to close that gap forever.

A platform where:

  • effort is the only currency

  • progress is visible in real time

  • competition is fair at every level

  • your identity grows with your consistency

  • you belong to a squad that needs you

pact turns effort into identity

Not more dashboards.
Not more noise.
One score.
One tribe.
One clear signal of who you’re becoming.

PACT turns effort into identity and gives people a reason to keep showing up.

This isn’t fitness tech.
This is behaviour, belonging and human psychology turned into a tool that finally works.

  • Most people don’t struggle with training they struggle with motivation. Not because they are lazy, but because their progress feels invisible, their effort feels unnoticed, and they end up doing fitness alone.

Pact was created to fix that. We built a way for people to see real-time progress, feel accountable to a team, and stay consistent.

  • Because the industry is missing the real problem. Apps focus on the data. Gyms focus on equipment. Wearables focus on optimisation. But nobody focused on human behaviour underneath it all and built a user experience around it.

Belonging, identity, consistency, powerful moments. Pact wasn’t built to add more metrics.

It was built to make fitness simple and meaningful again.

  • Years of coaching people who tried hard, showed up, and still lost motivation. Years of watching clients quit because they couldn’t see their progress. Years of knowing that effort should count for more than natural talent.

Pact came from a simple belief:

If you can make effort visible, and make people belong to something bigger than themselves, you can change everything.
